On the apple site it shows videos saying you need an Apple Airport Base Station or some crap like that. If I'm using a Macbook and trying to get wifi, do I need this?

do u need to have that device airport extreme or something like that to have a wireless network cause i am thinking of buying a 27 inch mac but i don't know if you need that device as well to have wireless network set up or you can just use your mac's built in wifi reciever to connect to my wireless router which has the option for wireless internet

david thank you and setting up wifi for a mac is not hard if you have a passcode already on your wifi router youll need it but if its an open connection then all you will have to do is click on it.

NICE im getting a mac soon but i been a PC guy most of my life so i hope it isn't too confusing

Na macs are not confusing to much if you are good with pc then it will take about an hour or so to get over the change. but just a few tips keyboard commands ctrl on pc in now command on mac so copy is command+c and paste is command+p for examples. if you have any questions feel free to ask.
