@OlinaOlya What are you on about? It's not about the children in these courts, it's about the greed of the mothers. Women are protected FAR more than any other group of people except children. Do men not have feelings? Do they not have a right to see their own children? Or are they just a bank for women squeeze money from?

I don't think the judges are motivated by social science or studies. Rather, today's anti-father system is largely created and perpetuated by politics. Years ago, women got organized; now they run the system. If a judge is perceived to treat unfairly a woman litigant, the judge goes bye bye.
