wow awesome drum solo, and yes i did stick around to see the end. i have to say i love the modesty of your comments. your an awesome drummer and i hope to hear you in an awesome band dude go metal and show people what talent is. you could outplay both of slipknots drummers lol
lol... people dont go metal to show talent... anybody can play fast.... and slipknot has i think 3 drummers? but only one on set.. and hes a really good metal drummer... if he wanted to show talent hed make a band full of talented musicians like dream theater, dmb, or rush
i would ultimately like to find some great players and do some sort of fusion thing, but im more likely to end up in a band that pays for four on the floor! hehe
you obviously mistook the point of my comment, if you had taken it the way i meant you would've understood that there's not currently to much talent in metal so i wanna see more good talent there. so calm down dude. by the way i love rush and a lot of classic rock bands
well i think the metal drummers now are good at what they do and i think most of them are better METAL i said METAL so u dont bitch me out later better METAL DRUMMERS then the older metal drummers
usually when i whathing somekind of drum solos, i have never watch them to the very end...always tryed to remote or something...but not at this case...this was perfect, interesting and not like other solos...
many thanks for the job in 95'! keep it on in 2008-2009!
I think this solo displays a great deal of improvisational skill. You play some really interesting patterns utilizing the whole kit, and I liked the cymbal accents you interspersed throughout. If you played this well 23 years ago, I'd really like to hear where you're at currently. Nice job....
You're right--this solo was played 13 years ago. I struggle with basic math from time to time, which is something of a handicap for a drummer. I'm anxiously awaiting new clips.....
No way!!! Your not self taught!!! This is too fuckin' AWESOME!!! (^_^)
