Hey persistantmemory I see you have never taken capo, you need to sit in and see it when used as a fighting for, I hate when people talk about stuff they don't know shit about. I took capo and it will kick your ass when used properly and it was designed to make you think that it was a weak dance bro...try seeing it at fullspeed you could never keep up

i have watched ufc and k1 and capoeira and think that cap will win because the fact you use your wits to win is better than 250 lbs of muscle, take 600 years of martial art(yes art just cuz they dont show there stupidity doesnt mean its not)agaisnt ufc which comes up a little short.
Ok.. Anybody that knows a Jiu-Jitsu can easily take them down and then apply a submision hold. Thats more of a hobbie then a Martil Art. Like dancing.

look into why capoeira was developed and you shall know. They also do it at fast speeds.

Bullshit. If you squatted like that in front of a K1 or UFC fighter you'd eat a knee.
Even if you went and showed your back like these do to a real fighter, they'd end you.
Capoeira is a great sport, but not a fighting art.
