Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I was curious about your comment about taking the nclex-pn but instead waiting 6 months to take neclex-rn. I did not know this was an option. I'm currently looking into a LPN program. Does this differ school to school? I always thought I would have to go back and do a lpn-rd bridge program. I'm super curious so I'd love some info. If you have time! : ) thanks and best of luck to you!

@FreeUpYourMind My school is set up that way. They are phasing it out though. The program is meant for RN, but they give students an option to drop as a LPN, or get their LPN and continue, or just continue without LPN licensure. They so have a bridge program at my school as well for LPNs coming in. They join our class at the RN level classes. It takes them a little over 6 months to make it to RN state board eligible.

I start nursing school in the fall and I am very excited but I am also very scared at the same time. will keep checking back for more video's.
