Miller Newton lost at the City of Maderia Beach Planning Commissioners hearing on Monday 10/12. Lost by a 3-1 vote. Nobody from the neighborhood spoke in favor of him being allowed to put the "copula" back on top of the chapel. Next hearing is on Monday 10/26 @ 7:00 p.m. for the Special Master's Hearing.
