Wow man this is excellent stuf. I still remember i was 11 when I watched the movie and during the heart breaking conclusion I cried profusely. When Arni says that he should "self terminate" I felt as if part of mine will be terminated. Thats the magic of this timeless classic. Now by adding this music from the love scene of The Terminator, the icingon the cake has been done magnificiently. Great improvisation. It is in the human nature to strive for more and in the process they come with a gem.
Its not a mistake in the movie john was trying to show him bout human nature,an how human's deal with problems when they occur...so he was finally getting the picture in the end...in the desert scene in T2..when they were installing the the starter for the jeep.THE T-800..asks John why do you cry?..watch from their!!!!
That was his only function before they reset the switch that was shown in the deleted scenes on the DVD. He says that he cannot cry and all... And the hugging could've been out of simply his understanding over human psychology which he was very was programmed with. Thats why I think he understood the meaning behind a hug and all. Sorry if I seem like I totally nerded out but I love robotics and engineering in that whole field and I'm interested greatly in AI.

The soundtrack for 2 was emotional at this scene, but adding that music added a whole new demension to it. Great idea, great sync video, 5 stars and a fav. Thank you...
I bought the original soundtrack of "The Terminator" back in the nineties,but the version of this version of the terminator-theme´s way shorter,so where did you get this extended one from?

James Cameron created a masterpiece and a legacy!!!!!!!
An idol in film-making and in imagination!, i mean who would have thought a piano piece instead of a heavy metal riff would so impact the core of these trilogies!!!, its creates both beauty and sadness...truly the dying virtues of man co-exist in these films! cheers!

i love the film.
i really do.
but they're simply missing out.
he's a machine, he doesn't know how to love or car.
so the cuddling and the "i know now why you cry" is a mistake.
he doesn't know, he's sent to protect him... that's it, not show he cares.
