  • i do around 440 sophomore but i weigh 140lb so i think thats good for my weight.

    Only thing is the doctor says i shouldnt do that much weight at my age so i think ill do a vid of it and stop.

  • I did 345 x 10 (460) hex bar dl & I'm a sophomore in high school. I was a lil sore the next day but I have very strong leg muscles, so I'll probably be a record-breaker when I get out of high school.

  • not to take anything away from the guy in the vid, but I'm 6'1" and I don't use a raised bar. And I dead 405...in high school

  • @firestarter56 660 is a much bigger number than 405

  • i just started weight lifting after 3 yrs and i hex bar deadlift 385 pounds

  • i have a friend on my hs football team that lifted 550lbs 3 times before his hands gave out. he was a sophomore at the time

  • I just got 765 last night I used the shrug/ dead lift machine at LA fitness but it's pretty much the same thing mabe a little more stable start weight of 45lbs and 8 45's on each side my friend filmed it I'll post it when I get it from his cell phone.

    I'm 18 years old 195 lbs and have been weight lifting for 4 years

    This guy has real good technique one thing I screwed up that I usually am good about I j arched my back right at the begining i had just never done so much before

  • We just started doing this for football, it's my new favorite lift.

  • the most i deadlift was 390lbs bak junior year 2006

  • 275x5, 315x5, and 365x4 @ 6'4" and about 180 lbs.. I love this lift, it engages your whole body if you do it right..

  • i maxed out on deadlift in my weight lifting class the other day and felt like my hips were gonna fall off lol, really messed up my squat max out
