Protest march is ok but do not overdo it . Its not India! You have to follow the regulations of this country. I have been living here for 3 years and faced a few attacks as well with some comments. I don't give a damn about those being racial. However, there are ways to react. If you feel you are being surrounded by 'big' guys try and make your way out or ignore them. If you can't fight back don't! Then report the matter and escalate if needed in a proper way.
