  • jamie seems more interested in converting everyone to his "brand" of cooking rather than actually listening and learning about these italian cooking traditions himself. he's a sweet guy, but his giant ego driven ambition to conquer the cooking world gets annoying after awhile. anthony bourdain is much more enjoyable to watch. he knows exactly how to be a great guest when travelling through foreign countries whilst also making great television.

  • @onelove1968 bourdain is a BOUR to watch mate

  • I'm from Turin, Italy, and I'm really enjoying these videos. I do feel very proud about all our food traditions and stuff, but I think it's really important for non-italian people to understand that, unluckily, these traditions are not as popular as Jamie shows anymore. In most of the big cities, food habits are getting closer to the American ones: honestly, I think there are few places in Italy with traditional hunting and breeding like these. We do have great traditions, though.

  • @Gelatoalcio true, but on a daily basis we still have much healthier eating habits :)
