  • Which is better JM: 30 day shred or JM: no more trouble zones? I kinda wanna get a little toned before the end of this month 'cuz of physical fitness testing and summer was NOT helping me! :D

  • @CookieandEeyoreluver I have both videos, they are both amazing. Whichever you get, you will be satisfied! I do he 30 day thred in the morning and No more double zones at night

  • I have this and wow it's brutal if you are out of weight but very affective, I have lost 50 pounds already, I would highly recommend this. The workout makes your muscles burn but you get a lot from it.

  • i got this video almost 2 weeks ago. i just work out 3 days a week right now. im still trying to get use to it. i have already started toneing up. i have also lose some weight but not sure how much. i think thats mostly to the 2 bottles of water that i drink although.

  • this is a 45 minute circuit training workout. you will burn about 500 calories.

  • @Liliani77 This video is very difficult but even if you are heavy or just out of shape you should still do. My personal favorite is the 30 day shred because its only 25 min(i started with this video) instead of 45 min easier to handle. Yes at the begining i looked like a idiot becaue i wasnt doing any of the moves right also i had shortness of breath u name it i had it. but by the 5 or 6 day i could notice more endurance so i definity recommend her videos.

    The only thing I REALLY worry about are my poor knees. I run (slowly) and walk a lot and I like it, but things like "jumping jack" make my knee hurt. But I think it's just a price for being overweight((

  • How may calories do you lose (appx) by doing this workout?

  • i have this video. i do it every other day. it is very difficult but it gets easier if you keep pushing. you will lose 5 lbs in the first week if you have a balanced diet with it too. it is far more difficult than the 30 day schred series.

  • I have all her DVDS , I currently do this one with 5 lb weights and it kicks my butt!! I love her workouts I always sweat like crazy.

  • @feelgooddrag420 you will burn about 500 calories doing this workout. take your time doing it but each work push a little harder and you will see a lot better results. take care

  • @annapatti1 either 3-5 pounds probably I think it all about the repetion and not the weight.

  • awesome kick butt workout! its a hard workout but not impossible or anything. best to do this workout with 3 pound weights
