I'm always sad and moved at the same time when seeing videos and tributes of this man. I must be very odd for a white western woman because I really love this man and am devastated he was brutally murdered and that my country (uk) was as responsible as USA and France. Please believe me that there are those of us in the west who did not demonize him and not every one of us believes in the trash that spills out from Obama and Cameron.
@purplegothicqueen you are not odd at all :) i am a white western girl, from Australia. Gaddafi's death gives me a lot of grief as well, and i am very proud others feel the same way :) Thank you for your open mind, unlike so much of the rest of the world!
Excellent tribute by every means. Gaddafi was the only one who brought some dignity to the African in the world community. He paid the price with his blood and was demonized by the West. But we in Africa will never forget him. He lives in our hearts and minds. May he rest in peace!
