Professionals can fold straights, flush, triples, but starting full house, they can't turn back unless community makes it easy for other person to make full house with one card higher than yours. For example, you have pocket 10s. community are A A 10 5 5. Then obviously i would fold pocket 10s. But other than those exceptional cases, impossible to fold full house.
