Thank you for uploading this! I am in the middle of engineering exams right now and its a very stressful time... I saw this song, and I haven't heard this version since I remember singing in choir in grade 3, and it has calmed me down allowed me to focus and keep strong :)
I met Dan Schutte at a musical conference in the late 1970s, not long after he debuted this song. He has so much wonderful music! Thank you for sharing this song--it was the first one of the Saint Louis Jesuits I learned and sang! If I remember correctly, It is from the "Earthen Vessels" album the SLJ released in 1977/1978.
i shed buckets of tears when i watched this video and my soul was flooded with consolation. i am presently praying the novena to God the Father and instantly i am reminded of how great, powerful, abundant, merciful, etc., our God is. yes, may glory and praise to Him all our days and beyond!

The dome with the triangle windows was taken inside the Desert Dome at the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, Nebraska. (Depending on the source, it's either the #1 or #2 best zoo in America, so I have to say I really like that place)
I love Dan Schutte's works, too, and this is one of my favorite hymns. I have it on CD, and I really love the way you put it together with your beautiful images for this video!
For some reason, this song has been looping in my head all day.....not complaining though, because this is a beautiful song!! (:

Very beautiful. I'm especially grateful for the words on the screen (even though they are quite easy to understand in the song).
Thank you!
