Yeah, the head land is the signature move of BBoy Lil Rock back then. And there's also an issue with BBoy Sick and Ryan, when he does his tripod spin variation, where he bends his leg to touch his shoulder.

So people think those are bites, but i don't think so at all.

I don't really believe in the issue of biting, cuz it would mean we're all biters (if we were bboys)

Ryan has his own move too. I haven't seen ANYONE do it. The elbow spins. They're on his literal elbow, not on forearm like usual.

I found that unfair, considering there are no bboy instructors near my area, so I pick up everything I can from sites like Youtube. The way I look at it is..biting is when you steal someone's style. EVERYONE is gonna do the same moves, but usually most dancers have a few "signature" moves they do as like combos...taking a full signature combo is obviously a bite.

All moves are made now, and it's hard for bboys and dancers in general to just come up with something that people have not already used. Sure, be creative with moves, but it's not like it's gonna completely new.

Another thing, Hok and BBoy Luigi have the same move. Single leg coin drop. It was Luigi's move first, and a lot of people call that a bite. I really don't think so, because as much as it's the same move, at least Hok can do it, and it's not like his status as a dancer comes from that single move. Same with BBoy Luigi. It's his signature move, but his style and move sets probably wouldn't ever get simulated to another dancer. It's unique to them.

I know what you are saying. It is just like comedy. When people say "That comedian sucks, he is just like *insert comedian's name from 15 years ago". In this day and age it is almost impossible to be 100% original. No matter what bboy move you "create" the chances are, someone most likely has either done it before you or has done something similar. And if a bboy teaches himself a move, props to him. I have taught myself moves other bboys have done, I just do not take credit for them.
