  • Hello Nemoryer, thanks for stopping in. From the information you have given me, I would go with either the Travel or Marathon Stick. The Travel Stick is the least expensive out of the 2. I hope that helps you make a decision.

  • What's a good stick for female, 5'4", 144 lbs, not muscular. Inexpensive. Thanks.

  • Hi, thanks for the informative video.

Which stick do you recommend for someone whose main reasoning for getting a stick is to help rehab sore hip flexors? The ones that interest me most are Travel Stick and Sprinter Stick. Actually part of the reason my hip flexors are sore is from sprinting, haha. Anyway, I don't know if I need a stiff or standard rigidity for my purposes.

  • @eveningninja Hi.....thanks for the compliment and question. By the sounds of it, you are looking for a model that penetrates deep into the muscle. You mentioned you have been sprinting and I am assuming you are training. I also have to assume you are building muscle. With that in mind, I would recommend the stiffer model - the Sprinter Stick. Be sure to roll out your upper quads and that will help to release those tight hip flexors.

  • @ZealousVitality Thank you very much! Yeah I am doing Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Sprinting, etc., so my hips get tons of work. I will go with Sprinter Stick. Can't wait to use it! =)

  • @eveningninja Good for you...best of luck. I am sure you will love your Sprinter Stick.
