@glemo I'd stand and applaud if you can answer to the below question :)
I wanted to start a business. I can visualize things pretty well and i think practical. now only thing i am lacking is the finance. If i start my business with my bare money... i could, but i am afraid that someone would copy my idea and start a business with high investment, since they are capable of investing so much money. and one day if i see him successful and i wasn't.. it hurts.. is it better to wait in this case?
@smackdounnkol Starting a business has nothing to do with how much money you have. Once you have a sound idea that you are enthusiastic about, you can inspire people with money to invest.
Keep in mind, you can always start small and scale your business later. Everyone at the top started at the bottom. Every big business was a small business. The majority of them started by entrepreneurs that had no money. They just had the faith and persistence to keep pressing on.
The lesson I've learned from what you said is "Just start doing" .. so far i did not find anyone to bring clarity on that.. the more i postpone things the more comfortable i am, and more worse i get .. i am perfectionist BTW, but now i strongly believe that it doesn't add up anything to an individual personality ..
@smackdounnkol If you are a perfectionist, you are in trouble. Again, big companies like Microsoft puts terrible softwares out there. Usually it takes a whole year of getting feedback from us in order to fix everything. Then they turn around and sell us the updated version.
My point is to put it out there and perfect it as you go. That is why we have version 1.0, 1.2, 1.2, 2.0, 3.0, etc. You should always have an updated version of your stuff.
@glemo true. i've got your point very clearly.. I've already started setting up everything for what i want to be. I am not a perfectionist anymore. I also liked the microsoft example. thank you sir. :
