This is ubuntu Linux, just google it is free, it is an operating system and CS is emulated with wine.

On mine (notebook) works just fine.

Plus on my desktop (e8800 + nvidia9800 + 4gb RAM) works like a charm with 3 to 5 3d accelerated games depends on the games...
