Art & Music are pretty much my life. Whenever I'm sad I turn on the radio and whatever song is playing .. flows through my system and I forget why I was sad. It's like weird, but at the same time I find it as my medicine.

Art on the other hand ....I could sit at my desk for days ..weeks looking at pages and pages of art. I've been through 100+ pages of art in a day (it's pretty sad actually) but it does let me release the anger I'm holding in and it's pretty much the only way I can stay mellow.
