Help me please i have a galaxy s and i had a facbook acount on it and there was a picture for each of my cotacts but i deleted that facebook and made a new one but the pictures dont show up anymore.
@XIKO29 for example, I transferred my contacts from an old Sony Ericsson to my Samsung GS2, which fucked up the order of the names. For example, "Albert Einstein" became; "Einstein;Albert/1". I'm guessing similar problems can happen with other transferres. Allthough; this solution does not work for me. I don't even have an "order of display name" under my settings tab.

@samsungdart yes. you can use the app SimManager which copies them to the sim then use that sim in the SGS2, but the SGS2 has a very limited COntacts list so only some info is retained, the other way is to sync your Itunes with gmail account which will copy contacts from the phone to the gmail then use then access that account on the SGS2 and sync it which will copy them back.
@samsungdart not sure if you can get/use that app without a jailbroken phone though and if it actually works with the I4 i have an i3 and it worked despite the I3 not supporting use of the sim for anything other then network connection. I had the same problem though with going from Iphone 3 to SGS2
once the sim is in the SGS2 you can import contacts from it to the phone.

@Solorj87 you can copy your contacts to the sim so there's always a backup, if im right it doesn't use the sim for contacts only those copied to the phone.
SGS2 only supports 1 number per listing it seems, no way to add a mobile, home and any other combination of numbers without creating multiple entries for that person. Might be wrong but i haven't found out how, it only allows 1 number plus and email, nickame and a pic/

When putting in an address under contacts, how do I get the full address to stay? I save the address, then it stay for about 1 minute and the sync arrows show up at the top of the screen and the screen flashes and everything but the street address disappears. I noticed in one of your videos the addresses you have saved shows up fully. If you have already posted a video on how to do this can you please direct me in the right direction.

hey thanks i just realized when i imported my contacts from my sim from my old cell it put the entire name first and last in to the first name spot like it was say (joe heck) from my other cell and the captivate added it as (heck;joe/1) all in the first name spot so guess i have to go through all my contacts and change them back to original.

I save the address, then it stay for about 1 minute and the sync arrows show up at the top of the screen and the screen flashes and everything but the street address disappears. you go to the contact and use the left key (options) after that you can see a menu whit edit < press the picture an thats it
you can use the facebook picture for all your contacts
