Proportions aside the animation is very stiff not enough movement in the face as a whole. Too much focus on the mouth. There are lots of muscles in the face to consider. Oh and don't choose a politician. Oh an the texturing needs to be improved as well as more realistic lighting. Not sure if you wanted to show that though. Peace.

don't forget, from one animator to another, lipsync should always be paced one frame before the audio and lip shapes need to happen before the words are spoken. Keep me posted, i'd love to see more of your work! :)
