  • Poor set up dude..Your Z-5500 system is way to powerfull to set it up like you have it...You never place your speakers on a table because the table absorbs the vibration & you end up with poor quality sound..what will happen one day having that speaker on your Pc and the location of the woofer your computer will shake apart some day..what you need to do is mount ur speaker on stands and relocate ur woofer to a open space what this will do is give you better noticable quality sound.

  • @DWcriticism Yeah I know about these problems. The place I moved to is even more cramped, and the two landlords didn't let me put holes in their walls :) I hope this clears things up. As for the sub, the cable from the sub to the main control pad is very short.

  • @cyberJamilonc Was wondering do you know anything about the Z-5500's hidden features like Volume boost or change the face colour from blue to red or sub boost

  • hast den gleichen hintergrund wie ich xD

  • can normal green plugs go in?

  • i.have.rave.parties.daily.nightly. goodbye z5500 - hello cinemate 1 SR

  • @bl4ze20uNcEs Ok man, but I would go for the z5500 any day :) Have fun.

  • same case :)

  • Are you left handed ? :)

  • @Phelumia Yeah i am :) Loved the Razer Mamba because it's for both.

  • @cyberJamilonc what mamba left handed version ?

  • what router is that?

  • @atomichurley Belkin N1 Vision. If ur interested, be sure to get the V2 version, it was made a lot better.

  • your z-5500 has a good 250w rms or so of TRUE total power @ 0.05% THD (505w rms @ 10% THD and 1010w peak is BS) in the same way that my Z-2300 has 119w rms of TRUE total power @ 0.05% THD (200w rms @ 10% THD and 400w peak is BS) i don't get why logitech doesn't rate them properly. it's still heaps of power :-)

  • I did test a 277, and the z2300 watt system, and it was not near as strong, or clear. I do beleive it's a bit streched, but not 250. U should really test things, and not just read what ppl say, reviews, forums and stuff like that. Before buying, I always test my stuff, maybe I just don't like the sound, or maybe it's weaker then it says.

  • @cyberJamilonc i don't understand?

  • I heard stories about what ur saying, but I don't believe them. I have tested them, and compared them to other systems, that r about 280-300 W rms, and the Logi were a lot more powerfull, that's all. Test ur equipment before u review it.

  • i still don't understand?

  • @RWL2011 The specs r not a lie, they r correct.

  • @cyberJamilonc which specs are we talking about now? you do a very good job of not making yourself clear!

  • @RWL2011 The Z-5500's have a peak power of 1010w, with an RMS value of 505w, simple

  • @VerticalB1rd Unfortunately not. That's what Logitech like you to think. The RMS is overrated and peak power means nothing electrically. It's just marketing. Since the Z-2300 is rated at 40 watts RMS x2 for the satellites and 120 watts RMS for the subwoofer but actually outputs 22 watts RMS x2 for the satellites and 76 watts RMS for the subwoofer, the Z-5500's power is roughly 30w x5 for the satellites and 125w for the sub. true power is still high :-)

  • how much did you pay for these? i wanted these for a few years now but i thought they got discontinued?

  • @zmschlaff I got them for about 1300RON, or about 450 $. They r not discontinued, they still show up on logitech's website. U could buy them from the website if u don't find them at ur local shops.

  • @cyberJamilonc i bough my today .... 280$ .... for that price ?! AWESOME !!!

  • @GamesKickOff Damn man, happy for u. Enjoy it, especially for that price.

  • @GamesKickOff where did you but it from
