Riverwalk "Luxury" apartments are a total ghetto. Management is completely rude and a total joke. The "classy" residents can be seen all day walking around in their wife beater tank tops or less. Guarantee 90% of the riverwalk population is sucking on our economy through unemployment, disability, food stamps, etc. The cheap "black" appliances are always breaking down. Parking is a total fiasco. Any respectable community rules of decency are never enforced.
