problem is these kids, parents dont give a damn about the schools, teachers, or the system. want to help? get involved in PTA, etc, and after school programs. dont advocate the doing away of the PPD because so many are being arrested, many being black. and why focus solely on blacks? forget about hispanics, poor whites, russians in Philly? Its only about the blacks? if anything PPD need to go Rizzo style, kick ass and get the city in line, make our schools clean/safe for all students
