i worked at avis last summer and what they do now is get cars from the airport locations and put them at local avises and 75% of airport cars are from out of town and when u return your car it's back to the airport and half the time the next person driving that car will be go out of town so don't be to quick to buy a gps and put it in a car when theres a good chance it want be back in your state.
