There's something about the idea of "bodies buried somewhere" that intriuges some people the way "gold in them thar hills" intrigues others. I guess it's the idea that a person who's been murdered and buried and secret isn't really at rest--he or she needs to be found and given a "permanent home."

i think the reason they never searched for more bodies was that gloucester police used endless amounts of man power on the original case not to mention thousands and thousands of pounds just by digging up the other twelve victims imagine how must it would of cost and the man power to go digging on areas they only had suspicions on im not knocking it i can see how they could not afford to do it but i do find it hard to believe that he stopped at 12 victims i think there were a lot more !!

I'm sure if there were more bodies buried under the cafe then the police would have been aware and would have started digging there too. There is probably no evidence to suggest that he killed and buried anymore that the 12 orginal victims.

ITV are in the middle of filming a new documentary on this very subject . where this cafe was is now a 3 story building (a shop and two floors of flats )
