I have to explain about japanese Expensive dinner show for limited higher uppers membersips for geting real near beautiful sound for super superior(SS-sheats) in first top hotels .So, the prise is like Opera.
But I can not trust, but I hope to listen your stage in the Grand as Kanagawa prif, hall as public that Rusia 1st barett or Opera or many 1st Orchestra use. There is the 1st japanese international city in Japan ,near Tokyo area in mordern.
Good!As to be on a good big elegant ship by grand beautiful decorative good sensible player, I hope to listen this as grand & rizmical surly noble in Kanagawa Prif, grand hall ,or Dinner show in winter in central Tokyo !
I was privileged to hear the late Henryk Szeryg perform this live in recital almost 40 years ago..This is as good if not better than Maestro Szeryng..Szeryng was Polish, but a Hungarian does it as well!! WONDERFUL!!
of all the polanaise brilliante i think his is played with loads of emotions and you can feel his delicatness...others just tend to chopp this apart and make it not sound like a polanaise.....
There is no doubt that his technice is immortal, and his sound is amazing, his left hand function is flawless...
But his musicality and his whole concept of the piece is ridiculous... It is falling over itself in tempo in some sections and there are parts where he can do so much more! He has the ability! Stunning.
not exactly "any" i suppose, coz really cheap ones really can't produce that sort of tone with such texture, some of them even can't produce any sound at really high-pitched notes. So a high quality instrument is always necessary for good music.
Did he win a prize? From what I remember he was a finalist but didn't get a prize... What a shame! This guy is definitely my favorite out of all the finalists, because he plays with such musicality, warmth and maturity.. and he reminds me of Oistrakh! :)
i'm trying to copy this version. getting closer and closer. haha

some credit goes to the violin. =D doesn't matter how good a musician is if they've got a terrible instrument. =P

lol...if you have a stradivarius but you go out of tune, do not know to use the bow effectivly would it sound good? xD?
armonici 2 years ago
you must not study at a conservatory
allstarmark12345 2 years ago
its exactly the opposite...a good violinist will sound good on any violin and a bad violinist can make a strad cry (not in a good way)

This is indeed Wieniawski, his second Polonaise Brilliante. The first is much more well known.
