  • Really splendid interpretation, i love it.

  • Co za śpiewność . Polonez - polski taniec narodowy !

  • This guy looks like Oistrakh at some moments ><

  • Un grand violoniste dont la réputation n'est pas usurpée.

  • i don't think he gets it. it's way too much about hitting the right notes and not much else

  • AMAZING. I just started playing this piece and I'm seeing how awesome it will be to play this piece! Great work by the way!

  • he looks like Oistrakh so much!

  • @wsm1986 you're right

  • missed too many harmonics

  • I was privileged to hear the late Henryk Szeryg perform this live in recital almost 40 years ago..This is as good if not better than Maestro Szeryng..Szeryng was Polish, but a Hungarian does it as well!! WONDERFUL!!

  • 7:20

    messed up

  • @michellechung1 yep. But shhh don't tell anyone, I think we can forgive him just this once ^.^

  • Superb interpretation! Koszonom szepen for sharing your artistry with the world through YouTube.

  • this great young violinist have his own pwhat a tone.ersonality, fantastic sound and frases.

  • This guy's really good!

  • omgggggg. i can barely play the notesss :O

omggggg .you're so damn goodddddd :)

    i love the octaves!

  • how old he is?

  • His playing and last name reminded me of Henryk Szeryng (lol)

  • @Zhyhm (haha)

  • Perfekt! Lengyel, magyar két jó barát

  • REALLY GREAT RECORDING..best Performance I´ve seen of this Polonaise! Is there any recording with an orchestra..I could´n find one nowhere...

  • I would like to see Zsalai play a guarnieri dal gesu with grat french bow

  • no student of Kati Sebestyan

  • Is he a student of Oistrakh?

  • he's pretty good.

  • beautiful playing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • one word....

    amazing.....

  • at least he has a face...

  • at least it's better than urs

  • amazing tone production!! you make this piece looks so easy....! that's what great violinist could do...thanks for great performance.

  • of all the polanaise brilliante i think his is played with loads of emotions and you can feel his delicatness...others just tend to chopp this apart and make it not sound like a polanaise.....

  • Impressive, quite impressive indeed.

  • There is no doubt that his technice is immortal, and his sound is amazing, his left hand function is flawless...

But his musicality and his whole concept of the piece is ridiculous... It is falling over itself in tempo in some sections and there are parts where he can do so much more! He has the ability! Stunning.

  • some credit goes to the violin. =D doesn't matter how good a musician is if they've got a terrible instrument. =P

  • lol...if you have a stradivarius but you go out of tune, do not know to use the bow effectivly would it sound good? xD?

  • you must not study at a conservatory

  • its exactly the opposite...a good violinist will sound good on any violin and a bad violinist can make a strad cry (not in a good way)

  • @tennisballer17

not exactly "any" i suppose, coz really cheap ones really can't produce that sort of tone with such texture, some of them even can't produce any sound at really high-pitched notes. So a high quality instrument is always necessary for good music.

  • Did he win a prize? From what I remember he was a finalist but didn't get a prize... What a shame! This guy is definitely my favorite out of all the finalists, because he plays with such musicality, warmth and maturity.. and he reminds me of Oistrakh! :)

  • you are very right. He really looks and sounds very Oistrakh-like. He does everything at ease and relax but yet amazing tone and power.

  • i first heard this on La Corda D'Oro played by Tsukimori Len...i like it very much!

  • yeah, he is very good ^__^

  • lol at corda d'oro

  • truly one of my favorite pieces ever. anytime i feel down, i listen to this and the day shines much brighter. too bad not many people know it.

    :)

  • Viszonylag kevés referencia van az "Á-dúr polonéz"-ből a YouTube-on. Ez egy igen hiteles "példány", köszi a feltölést (sokat tanulok belőle, most tanulom)!

    :)

  • ..... Whoa. Now I don't know the technical terms for any of this, but this was almost hypnotising to watch... the man is amazing.

  • Masterfull!Perfection!

  • C'est magnifique! J'aime beaucoup l'articulation de chaqu'un, le violon aussi que le piano. Je joue du piano et du violon aussi, mais pas comme ca!

  • i have no idea why ppl didn't all give this a score of 5 stars

shame on those who didn't vote 5 star :)

  • Nah ! der pianist ist auch nicht schlecht ! Grüße an Tobias bytheway ... ;)

  • Antikam!Gratulalok a fiadhoz,csodalatos latni,hallani szinte egy elmeny.Hallani olyan mintha csak magat " Jascha Heifetz-t " hallanam.

  • Antikam!Gratulalok a fiadhoz,egyszeruen csodalatos.

  • i dunno how to play cello..

    but i really luv cello..

i want to take class but dunno where to find...

i really lik violins n cello...

    both...the best!!

  • Why do you say it is not Wieniawski?

    You are wrong!

  • This is indeed Wieniawski, his second Polonaise Brilliante. The first is much more well known.

  • It is not that hurt how it sounds. I played it in one concert.

  • u play violin?

    nicee...

if u can play violin, dat means,u also can play cello rite?

    niceeeeeeeeeee

  • Prfekt!!!!

  • Lovely, i like him very much!!!!
