From my experience of the previous Bonus Exp Weekend;

The "change in Formula" is about the Length of Time it last for.

Last time, I got 2.7x exp for only about 15 minutes, opposed to the hour I was meant to. So hopefully this time it will drop-down more smoothly.

To be honest, the Runescape economy went downhill a while ago and that's the reason i have stopped playing. With the double EXP weekends and item changes I think that they are gunna kill the economy even more and prices of everything will rise to stupid amounts..... I remember buying my first Ammy of Fury for 2mil and they're now 16.5mil.... WTF.... Runescape's price system is stupid In my opinion. Prices fluctuate way too much....
