Howard hughs designed it and funded it but i'm told it's still the biggest plane to date. is that true? it has a wingspan of 97.54 metres. it was also designed to carry 750 fully equiped troops to battle! it only flew once though. then howard hughs went crazy.

Well, im 19 to get started, but anyway, in the sovjet time it may be russian. But its still designed by the Antnonov bureau which is Ukrainian. Its name Mriya (Мрія) means dream in Ukrainian. So, yeah in my opinion its a Ukrainian airplane. And allot of people agree with me. Several documentaries call it Ukrainian to.
