too cool, i have over 450 8-tracks and growing, from abba to zappa, glad to see you take care of them, nice job. i also have over 5500 vinyl albums, over 1500 cassettes, over 400 reel to reels, couple hundred laserdisks, and over 1600 cds, and i have the audio equipment to play all. plus i have hundreds of pieces of sheet music and music related books. good luck keeping your collection going

not sure what part of the U.S. you are from. East coast we say flea markets for the outdoor sellers set up, I think on the West coast they call them swap meets, same thing though. We usually have them on Sat. and Sun. here.

I kind of just started collecting these for fun, though I had an 8-track player in grade school. my prized 8-track is one by Arthur Lee/Love called 'Love Revisited', a compilation....great band from the late 60's if you aren't familiar w/ their stuff...

I have an old sears mono hand-held one I got in the 70's as a kid and another sears stereo I bought that plays 8-tracks, cassettes and lp's.

Sweet Collection. I have mainly collected Lps and Cds for the past few years, kind of incorporated tapes over the past few months..now looking at adding 8 tracks. Where did you get most of your collection? I'm sorry...where did you get most of your AWESOME collection lol!! Thanks for sharing!!
