  • THIS is house! I can't stand all that bullshit that people play nowadays and call it house, it aint!! It's straight up garbage if you ask me. Benassi and all those other phonies need to just go back to where they came from

  • woooow !!

  • All the years I've been involved with House music, going back to the early 80s, I never heard the opening to this track! Thanks for posting!

House Music ALL Night LONG, say WHAT?

  • hi guys

i'm searchin from about 15 years a track made with the same sax phrase as this ( 1:10) but a little slow drums bpm and a sort of poetry improvisation on it, not sung...could you please help me please?

    thanx in advance

  • @yohppoy I think the song you're looking for is by a group called Masters C&J called "Living in these city streets" or something like that.Check it out here on youtube.I'm sure you'll find it.

    Peace

  • @yohppoy I'm pretty sure it's a song by Master C&J with the word "City" in the title. You may find it here on youtube.I'm pretty sure it's the song you're looking for.You might not find the mix you're looking for though. There's so many mixes of that tune.

  • @phinds1

    thanx man

i will try to find this. me too i remeber something like this. i hope i will find this track, it would be cool.

if you have other suggestions go ahead.

    peace

  • @yohppoy It maybe "Basil - City Streets |Kaoz On City Streets| "

  • @94bobby94

    ehi man!

    i think you're right!!!

    it's exactly the same spoken.

i think i found the real track

    i checked this "Basil - City Streets 1998 "

the strange thing is that i listen this in 1993 or 1994, so this "98" thing results to me bizzare...

    anyway many thanx!!

  • @94bobby94

i forgot to say that this version i found on youtube (basil - city streets 1998) got the same sax as Mr Fingers's Closer....exactly the track i was searching from 15 years...

    thanx again

  • That's Sade singing, right (and not Kym Mazelle, I know)?

  • @lecochonbleu not sade very similar voice though

  • I adore this tune!

  • phatt as tune......

  • bellissimoooo

  • This remix sounds a lot like the mixes and productions by Steve 'Silk' Hurley in the early 90's. Listen to CeCe Peniston, Kim Sims and you know what I mean.

  • I wonder who is singing on this one is it SADE ?

  • if doesn't is closer lol

  • It's sounds so similar !!! lol

  • its a bloke called mr fingers

  • Larry Heard for president, seriously..the world would be a happier more peaceful place

  • amazing track!

  • love this.

  • WOW

  • i have had to buty this cd 4 times.. so glad i still have it.. i have burned it several times just in case i lose it

  • wow!!

  • nice got it on 12" but no record player

  • This is a tune, yes!

  • Paul Trouble Anderson used to hammer this tune on his Kiss 100 FM shows as well. Nice tune!

  • Wasn't he just the Dog's Bollocks?!!

I used to record his show non stop.

Had hundred's of cassettes with trouble on them.

    All gone.

    Stolen/borrowed never returned.

Had a great cassette which I compiled with all the best moments from Kiss mixes that Trouble did.

Some C**t borrowed it and lost it.

The C**t still can't understand why I refuse to acknowledge him until I get that effing tape back.

    Still to this day..

    And for tomorrow..

  • Dog's Bollox? Trouble or Mr Fingers? Either or both man. Sad sad story about your tapes, but oh so familiar. From years of DJing and making the damn things to give to people, I have one left of me, and one of Trouble from December 92. No more vinyl, no decks, nothing but lots of fantastic memories. I'm just so glad I was there to be a part of those times. All things must pass bro, ya gotta just let it go. Still, gotta say, some people simply have no class ...

  • never let it go bro hold as tight as you can forever, you tube has all the classics you can download them for free.goggle ,free you tude converter for your mp3s and get Virtual DJ software, and enjoy, shit compared to decks but still shit hot

  • I'm not even entirely sure what you were talking about but there appears to be a great deal of wisdom to it.

  • @boccabr Paul 'Trouble' Anderson.... absolute legend. I often listened to his show (KISS) in the car on the way to work, heading for a long night-shift. Always set me up for the night but I always wanted more cos I had to leave the show before the end. ;-)

  • @boccabr That really sucks. Just gotta learn not to lend stuff to people who you don't trust

  • The person playing the horn what song is that?

  • city streets by hardhaus (DJ Basil w/ the burrell bros)

  • Thanks str8heatrock for the info...

  • Classic

  • sashaのremixesのしか知らなかったから、オリジナルがこんなにかっこいいなんて思わなかった。文句なく最高です。

  • best version!

  • Been lookin 4 this track 4 ages.....Rocks

  • Fantastic!

  • Original one is the best.

  • All Time Classic Track from Mr.Fingers aka Larry Heard...so bleibt House unsterblich !

  • Big big tune done by a UK remixer. This was massive with Boby and Steve on KISS FM London back in 1991. Respect to the househeads

  • larry is my god !!!

  • theres another version of this tune which is much better imo

  • the club mix kills it imo.

  • yeah yeah this is the shit right here, mr FINGERS!!!!!!

  • house is my religion (since 1988!)

  • big big tune mate !! labrynth 91 big up urselves...;) jimski53

  • This is what house music is/was about!!! Hail Mr Fingers!!! Please post the other remixes 2. I like the one which is a bit faster, which they used 2 play in Roxy and IT in the early 90's. Thanks for sharing. Thumbs up!!!!

  • Gibts ein Video? Sahne Track!

  • link to the original ?

  • Not a patch on the original! But what could be?!

  • this is cool, but the original blows this away

  • Damn right!

  • the Frankie Foncett mix of this is sweeeeeeet!

  • oh yeah man! Too right, Frankie Foncett's mixes were slammin'! Will never forget his remixes of Judy Cheek's 'So In Love' & Shara Nelson's 'Down That Road'. Both superb!!

  • I will try. I like a challange.Cheers.
