Hey form those who have played it? does the game have plenty of ghosts running around who are not actually in your game like in Demons Souls? all the reviews ive seen only show very little of this feature.

@Dragonking1984 The story of the game will most probably take like 50+ hours to finish, depending on how fast u can think on your feet and develop strategies to kill a certain enemy but if u want to completely finish it, as in get all the Trophies/Achievements then u will need to pour in around 100+ hours or so cuz it will require you to re-play the game a couple more times just like Demon's Souls and the game will get harder accordingly when u start a new game... So there is no down time

Just shown by the games on each platform and the sales. Just an observation. I expect a ton of people to be playing and dying on it, on both platforms ;) Cross-platform play would be awesome for this game.

The 360 lost its flagship Rpg game, mass effect. And doesn't have any other wortwhile exclusive rpg's releasing for it. The Ps3 currently has a few waiting for translation :P No fanboyism meant.

Personally I thought it was a brilliant subvwersion of our expectations, I was expecting to face the most powerful enemy in the game as he had more soul power than anything else, but then I saw him and thought "so this is what people mean by power turning you into a monster, I definatly don't want that to happen to me!"

@Atheist269 The Witcher series is great, sure. But I can happily play that on my Pc, then play Dark Souls whenever I want on my ps3/xbox :) And for the record, Dark souls looks to be a better game than The Witcher 2. also, The Witcher 2 is currently being ported to the 360, and mostly likely ps3 at some point.

For example I always wanted to play Bioshock 2 so bad but 2k games is so fucking shitty they screwed up the PC version to the point that it literally doesn't run on some computers no matter what you do (issue with some C++ crap), and if i had a ps3 or xbox I could play it ._. .... dang it lol. But I still prefer PC idk why.

@SLEAZY808 I never trade my games in unless they suck ass. I dont care how hard it is, i eventually beat it dont care if it takes months. And I dont even go for achievements until I have beaten the game. and if I can't find them, I get help. I don't play shooters at all and cant stand COD or halo. I play RPG, action, and survival horror and fighters. the only games that was remotely FPS similiar was FEAR. shows how far your stereotypes go. do you also believe all good gamers are guys?

@ZeitgeistReview Not to sound like a fanboy, but I would imagine Ps3 owners would be more rpg fans compared to xbox fans, who likely favour Fps's. Just shown by the games on each platform and the sales. Just an observation. I expect a ton of people to be playing and dying on it, on both platforms ;) Cross-platform play would be awesome for this game.

@ZeitgeistReview Those JRPG's, pretty much all released ages ago. Good games for the most part, not sure about Magna Carta 2 O.o sounds wierd. But none of them sold that well :P Hence why there hasn't been a new Exclusive rpg to the 360 in awhile now. And from what I know there isn't any planned. The 360 lost its flagship Rpg game, mass effect. And doesn't have any other wortwhile exclusive rpg's releasing for it. The Ps3 currently has a few waiting for translation :P No fanboyism meant.

@jcjohnson274 I think the final boss was really meant to be an expression of what happens to those who lust for ultimate power, the challenge was in the rest of the game.
Personally I thought it was a brilliant subvwersion of our expectations, I was expecting to face the most powerful enemy in the game as he had more soul power than anything else, but then I saw him and thought "so this is what people mean by power turning you into a monster, I definatly don't want that to happen to me!"
