I don't know if you ever had this resolved, but your problem is simple. You didn't pay for installation/setup. I work for sears, and delivery and installation are two separate services. I'm sorry you weren't fully aware of the situation. Installation is optional. Many consumers can install large ticket items themselves. I assure you home depot and lowes charge the same to install big ticket items.
