It doesn't look like Gallifrey has been repaired. It appears in the trailers as if they are scared and are still fighting and Gallifrey looks in ruins but Gallifrey is set to return. I think the Gate will play a role later but Gallifrey was only lost and because time is bleeding so is the Timelock.

The Master made the Timelords come back, he is a Timelord himself and as the Vingoshi said, it heals hole planets, meaning he healed his planet & Timelords, but seeing as Master hid the codes from the humans, he also changed the course of human history.

Thing is i thought that Waters Of Mars basically showed what happens in the future, all that is gone now, so maybe there was a gap in time but the final scene he says "The Master has no concept of his doing".

Also the Master scene were rubbish.

putting back memories of the ghaslty end of time part 1 - i am still exited about this. I think that the timelords were able to return (as well as the daleks) due to the doctors meddeling in TWOM, messing everything up and as a result of this destroying the time lock. This is why Adeleide was left alone as a child. BUT FOR GOD SAKE THE MASTER RACE SCENES WERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I WOULD EXPECT SUCH AN IDEA FROM AN UNINTELlIGENT 6-YEAR-OLD, NOT RTD!

That would be great if Gallifrey stays. One the biggest mistakes that Davies did was make the "Time War" apart of the series, it technically wasn't as it was a audio NOT a actual episode. I watched the episodes and I am a fan of old, well from mid 70s and little earlier re-runs and all. LOL!

I am not entirely sure I just read it on Wiki, perhaps they have more there. I do know its about the 8th Doctor who was only shown in that dreadful Dr Who movie. What I do know is that the audio's are really not considered cannon as such.

This trailer isn't too far fetched. There is a possibility that they are returning. In the preview that Ood said "It is returning" and there is a pic of David, John and Timothy Dalton dressed as a TimeLord. This could happen and would be great if it did.

Did you notice that in the new trailer the Ood is speaking with Timothy Dalton's voice, the actor who will be playing a Timelord? Awesome!

This means that the Ood are in someway connected with the Timelords and that it is them who are communicating with them and accelerating their species. I think that the chances are that the Ood are the communication link between them and the Doctor.

And what is it with the Master's collar? He's like a pet dog...like being controlled!

Actually, the Doctor doesn't unlock the timelocked events on Waters of Mars. Adelaide dies, base explodes. These events are timelocked.

"Timelord Victorious is wrong!".

Dalek Caan unlocked the Time War to let Davros out and went nuts as a result.
