I have seen some of your video's and you look great. I just started my journey. I may be fat but I am on my way to being skinny. You are a great inspiration. I hope I can lose that much that fast to. Did you have to follow a special diet before the surgery and if you did what was it? Keep up the good work.

Ok-that makes sense. Those things are So hard on the tummy! Are you allowed to take something like a GasX strip? They melt on your tongue and they have a peppermint flavor. They calm the tummy a bit. Otherwise-maybe some peppermint tea? Sorry you feel yucky!

I am having surgery tomorrow, I am taking very strong antibiotics today to prep for surgery. 2000mg at noon, 5 pm and 10pm
