well. they are finally trying a new angle, if u played the game, i think u'll agree when i say, it is like gird but has a better feel to it and is more simulated and realistic

some cool features include:

being able to look around when in seat view

real person damage (ie blurred vision in a crash, up to temporary vision loss)

making use of mirrors as u would have to in a real car

NFS Carbon was realy realistic for an PS2 game and the cop chases and the enviroment was realy fun. of course it bends reality by a mile but it is the most fun NFS game. Pro street was kinda boring and i didnt even want to buy a car becouse i spent all my money on tuning and as you progress you get a new car almost in every chapter.

The most fun of NFS is the cop chase. If they want to get into the realism business, then they are simply another racing game and taking the fun out of it. I would rather have a multiplayer cops vs. drivers instead of yet another sim.
