I was just here last night. The theatre isn't totally burnt down I believe, If it was, that part of the hospital would be gone. But we found it. Its right in the middle of it correct? Our whole group got really weird vibes as we got closer to it, and I started getting chest pains, so we left. It was so strange.
my freind went heer were gonna make a slide show but she got a ghost photo of fog then theres like a figuire of a man in it...well get it on soon so you can see it =D
Theres a theater in the catskills that i found. When i went in, it looked like everyone who was there just got up and left for 50 years! Jackets still on chairs,instruments still in the orcestra pit, movie ready to start..creepy...
I found an abandoned theater once in new york. It was near the catskills. everything inside looked untouched for years. I mean suit jackets still on the chairs, a movie still on the projector, paper cups full of mold. When it was abandoned...it looks like everyone just got up and left for 50 years!

Wow, it the building just left totally unlocked, doors open so anyone could just walk right in any time?

That's so horrible that some stupid idiots had to go and burn the theater down. They ruined it for everybody! EVERYBODY!
