He did, sort of. At the beginning of Judgment Day, Part 1. McGee walks into the office to find Abby imitating Ziva, Ducky imitating Tony (Ducky even calls McGee "Probie"), and Palmer comes in imitating Gibbs. Ducky started talking about Gibbs and his head trauma (from two seasons before) only to stop and also say, "You're standing behind me." :)

Abby was very wary of Ziva at first, but eventually did warm up to her. She let Ziva stay at her house, joined in the plot to save her in Shalom, and has added her to the hug list. Ziva has brought her cupcakes and gave her black roses for her birthday. They have inside jokes and everything. Did you see Abby's face when the told her Ziva wasn't coming back?

Abby and Jen eventually hit it off too. Jenny's death was really hard for her. She's just a loving person.
