Older trucks were better made than the new ones. But if I bought a new truck. Id buy a Chevy for the Job site. Depends on the bed flexing. Chevy beds don't flex. Fords do. U can open a tailgate on a Chevy with the bed flexing with no prob. U can't with the ford.

I have a 1990 Chevy blazer full size. 115,000 miles on it and runs like a champ. 100% rust free. Drives like a new truck. Older trucks are better made. Ford is shit. I drove a ford for a while. I couldn't even drive that piece of shit in the rain cuz the fucker would die within a minute. And u couldn't start it for a week till everything dried up. I hate ford. My Chevys what I depend on most. It's funny how all these ford lovers only have one bad statement on chevy when there's tons for ford. F

i had a 1970 f100 with a 390 big block i got it for 3500$ and it was a big pile of crap i spent 2500$ to rebuild the motor and it still didnt run right so i crushed it and got a 1977 chevy 1/2 ton for 350$ and it sat for 5 years and put a battery and gas in it and drove it out of the field
