Have you ever been in the army? It takes to be a complete idiot to "accidentally" fire a weapon that has been empty for days or even months and it has been cleaned and field stripped several times.
These things happen but I think that you should not give a gun to a stupid person.
Well he did one of the "RUK reloading" techniques.
Placed the stock against the ground and used he's foot to load it. The damn thing had a round inside and he managed to fire it somehow. The bullet (7.62x35mm) went in under his chin and exited below his eye.
muzzle velocity was about 750m/s so you can imagine what it did. I didn't see it my self but I could imagine being a medic.

Do you know how many people die each year because of "empty" weapons? Many!
Some poor guy shot him self in the head accidentally in the army while I was there.
Guy lived but half of his face was gone.
Ask him how funny it is.

I just have to correct. It's 7.62x39mm and muzzle velocity is 715m/s. If you were talking about RK.

Judging by the guy´s other videos, he IS russian. There´s a russian minority in Finland, and they have to do their military/civil service too.
