tophlang i agree with you on the tax payers money for the homeless, and i can agree with pissysteve but some people should have a right at a second chance, and no not all homeless people are druggies i know a few who just can't get a job. but i do have to blame some of the homeless issue on the government for kicking out insane people into the streets without anything so in a way it is the governments fault for some of the homeless
