@lilithrozz yeah man i was 5'8"(1.73m) since i was 14, and i'm now 5'9"(1.75-1.76m), (obviusly when i'm standing straight) it works, but i think that gaining weight helped me a lot, i was around 135 pounds now i'm like 155 pounds, the problem that i have is that both my parents come from short families(i'm the "tall" guy in granmas house) all my cousins in ages between 16 and 24 are between 5'4" and 5'7", so yeah, try this out! i hope to grow even more, my brother is 5'11"
