Nice video for the forearm exxercise. I do wanted to share a link of a site that offers free workout plans and information on how you could gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you after. Its main focus is to add muscles on your body strategically to increase your appearance. Youtube won't allow me to post the link of the site but I posted it on my profile. You can always check it there.
@onemanarmy34 Depends on how much weight you do, how many "reps" you do, your diet (how much protein is in it specifically), and your own body's speed of development.
If you want to sculpt your muscles (so it looks like muscle), use a low weight and lots of reps. If you want to build mass, go for high weight and little reps. Make sure it burns though. You want to make sure your muscles are burning and aching if you expect to see results. Otherwise it'll take much, much longer for results.
@Seanmanjones I wasn't talking about fat loss, I was talking about building muscle. Low weight + high reps = defined muscles/sculpted muscles. High weight + low reps = bigger muscles/buffer muscles.
@Seanmanjones Uh, no. Diet AND exercise determine fat loss. If you still eat a lot of fatty foods, you're still only going to get fat and not muscular. You do need to go on a healthier diet. HOWEVER, depending on what you're trying to do with your muscles determines the exercises. Either way though, you do need to lift a good amount of weight. But go heavy if you want to be bulky. Do a good amount of weight and tons of reps if you plan on making those muscles jut out and take shape.
that dude looked pretty chill

Do these actually increase the size of the wrist, or just the forearms?

@jreily88 You can't increase wrist size unless you take HGH, it'll help with wrist strength and forearm growth.

@Volundarkvioa not true at all. Your diet determines fat loss. Always lift heavy
