  • I get bulky tho nigga. I also get more hungry. I do cardio everyday max intensity for an hour and im lookin good. Its all about your body type im naturaly a buff guy so just doin cardio makes me look swole.

  • hopefully you get this but i just got back from my vacation and i packed on about 10 pounds im not fat by any means i weight 155 and im 18 but i wanted to just get to a leaner state. so iv been running on the treadmill in the morning and afternoon for about 30 to 45 min and i didnt really work out before now so i was wondering if maybe that will be bad like maybe it could slow down my metabolism or something like that
