One of the problems these days: how do you convince someone who texts 50 to 100 times a day that their cel phone call can wait until they are off the road? To them, every text they send, every cel call they make while driving is super important. Perhaps the EMTs should start publishing the text messages they find on dead people's phones at an accident scene. Can you imagine a death being from a text that reads "LOL Dude,LMAO, ROFL! C Ya" ? Yikes!
well I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you on that one too. I've been drunk and it's very different that talking on a cell phone. Also of course you can do as many biased studies as you want. What if I did one and it proved everyone else wrong? It doesn't mean it's right does it? Don't worry though I know you guys won't just believe in one persons views, so I'm putting my energy into the movement to ban this ridiculous law!
@delta3303 I have to disagree with you. This law is to protect the other drivers on the road. A driver with cell phone glued to his head poses danger to the other drivers on the road because he is just as bad as a drunk driver(yes they did a study on this). It is just like the speed limit law.
A law that takes away your freedom and your right is the one that asks you to buckle up and restrain with seat belt. It's no one but your own business to put your self at risk.
@t5e2 I agree with you too but the law of wearing your seat belt may seem like it only affects you but if you have passengers in the car study's have shown that the person not wearing a belt usually injures or even kills the passengers because they go flying around the car hitting into them.

You guys will condemn all these small laws until one day you realize you can't walk out on the sidewalk without a license and wonder how it all came to be! I'm standing up for our rights and you can choose to ignore it, but that's your choice and not mine.

well... first of all its in the UK and in Europe they drive on the left side. So actually they arn't driving on the wrong side.
