It`s because some madhaab says that you have to do it by crossing on their chest, and some madhaab says that you have to do it by raising your hand

Because at the begining of the dua sheikh sudais is not making dua he is describing allah how perfect he is you only raise your hand when you are making dua. After that he makes the dua and then they put their hands up jaza...

Mashallah, beautiful dua! I am just wondering why sometimes, sheikh sudais raises his hands for du'a and sometimes, he keeps the folded like imam abu hanifa. I know they're both proven by the prophet's sunnah, but i thought he usually stuck to one way.
