In the "flashback" where Wesker's beating the shit outta Chris (again) you can actually see someone on the floor... and the person looks kinda dead to me. Also, if you freeze it in the end - where Wesker's turning around beside the empthy wheelchair - you can see the same person lying beneath the stairs
