In the video you are talking about softening the techniques and the kriyas passed on by self realization fellowship . Did you know that there is a teacher here in europe that teaches the original Kriyas in the original way (according to his own statement which I believe is true)

I like the Swami Yogananda's concepts of spirituality. He is a better preacher than any other I have seen in real life as well as online. Thank you for uploading these videos.
