Some dishes presentation is ok, but most of them has ugly look, maybe if this video was filmed in a better location where there is more lightning & less items which distract the viewers eye's on the background, that would be more elegant looking video, which I & other users would love to see.

Hey... sorry, man! So... frisee is "chicoria frisada"? You're right... there is. I red freeze, my mistake. I'm Portuguese, was a matter of vocabulary. This dishes were routine of a 21 days menu.. so... about 8 years ago this was ok for the sort of service i was in. Thanks for your words! Be good!

To think they got paid as a CHEF to cover plates in raw fruit and frisee kills me a little inside. I think i'm going to hang up my apron and retiree as a chef now. WTF!!!!!!!

OK,I will explain,plating 101,everything on the plate must be etible including garnishes and also hotel Chefs and beginner platers will still go by the old plating technique of building hieght on the plate.
