  • My deepest fear is ALL OF THESE MOTHER FUCKING SNAKES ON THIS MOTHER FUCKING PLANE

  • The book that this quote is from what is the book about ? Is it just about not being afraid to be who you are ?

  • MY DEEPEST FEAR, MOTHERFUCKER! DO YOU KNOW IT?

  • check out my coach carter music vid!

  • spiders.

  • @declanhindle because the person who wrote it had it wrong. the description is the words for the poem when it was recited in akeela and the bee

  • please take the time to read this, i need at least 10 people to like this message so i can tell the girl i love that she is all i think about and all i need, and that i love her more than antthing in this world am the next.

    Thank you

  • @TheCaller187 bullshit u dont need no1 to like this for u to do that. Go do it.

  • @TheCaller187 you dont need our permission only yours

  • Its very good but why in tge description the words are different to the film?

  • @declanhindle Because the words in the movie are part of an original poem.

  • check out the big brain on brett !

  • man..i never want to tell anyone i wanna become something in life because im afraid i might not sucseed

  • if you dislike this video then obviously you dont have a deepest fear you think your better then everyone....well fuck all the haters

  • Watched this and fought a bear...i won of course I felt bad so i gave him a free shot

  • Nice quote, bad quoter.

  • @Kratos0909 if you've seen this movie then you wouldnt think that was true. his character saying this quote is so powerful. any other character in the movie saying this would have much less of an impact.

  • @PeachesOhoulihan I've seen the movie...............I wasn't ripping on the "character" I was ripping on the "actor"

  • @Kratos0909 I would lik to see you do better. If you don't like it get the fuck off the video.

  • @QuickieSnipezzz I can do way better, faggot. And btw, I did get the fuck off of this video. Durr.

  • @Kratos0909 lol, no you cant, you probably didnt think he did a good job orating the quote, but you could not do better than that, dont even say that you can.... if you do say you can do better, your straight up lying (period).

  • @ThisIsLiveN0w first of all, it's YOU'RE. And yes I can say it............. WITHOUT A MEXICAN ACCENT HAHAHA.

  • @Kratos0909 Mexican accent? if he did have an accent, it wasnt "mexican". btw good job correcting a simple grammatical mistake, its going to get you far in life :P

  • @ThisIsLiveN0w lol exactly. it was a SIMPLE grammatical mistake, which you made. and fyi, actually having an above average IQ can get you somewhere in life, but it's too bad yours is below average :D

  • @Kratos0909 nice come back *clap, clap*. IQ jokes are so not over used, message me back when you come up with something original. And yes, when your typing it up, remember to check over what you typed twice. Why? because YOU'RE that type of person. btw when people type messages, their first inclination isnt to be grammatical correct, just to let you know. people dont check over what they type, if you want to correct grammar, i'll message you my english paper or become a TEACHER

  • @ThisIsLiveN0w lmao. what a typical excuse from a retard that doesn't even have basic grammatical comprehension. "herp derp derp this isn't an english paper!! durr I don't check what I type." just admit that you're a dumb retard. and whoever said I was joking about your IQ? lol.. and btw, my first inclination after i'm done typing, is to post whatever it is I typed right away. I'm just naturally NOT a dumbass like you.

  • @Kratos0909 .... again unoriginal, but I find it funny; most people when they get into an argument over youtube/internet, start to type differently. I laugh every time someone makes accusations over the protection of the internet. Also they structure their responses to make it seem like they are intelligent. this time make a good respons that people havent typed a million times over

    TR

  • @ThisIsLiveN0w wow... how hypocritical of you. talk shit about how people start to type differently and then you go off and do exactly that. and seriously, stop accusing me of "structuring my responses" and "trying to look intelligent." since when did I "try" to look intelligent. You must truly be a dumbass if you think every person you come across with a normal or above IQ is "trying" to be intelligent. It's nobody's fault that you don't know what not being a retard is like.

  • i was waiting for him to say what he was afraid of the whole time till he finaly did!! nice answer beautiful scene!!

  • Powerful. Well said.

  • Like, im guessing hes trying to tell us that we are powerful beyond measure, but instead of saying that "we are powerful beyond measure" he says that "we are afraid that we are powerful beyond measure" to sound cool lol, i dont understand why he had to say we are afraid that we are afraid of it? Maybe I just need to see the rest of the movie? someone explain

  • @randumbtimes3

Its actually a semi famous poem by a woman named Marianne Williamson. He actually leaves some parts out that refer to god and religion, What he is sayin is that some people feel insecure about themselves and that they would rather just fit in with everyone else. But that its ok to be special and to be great at something, that you shouldnt hold yourself back. That we expect to fail and we dont fear to do so, we are only scared to surprise ourselves with greatness

  • @bpaluses that actually makes more sense now haha thank you

i guess i am just different from other people, cause i go out of my way to make sure i dont do shit like other people do just because they saw other people do it that way. i always try to do what makes the most logical sense and always question the way people do things, so thats probably why i was so confused

  • @randumbtimes3 He actually does not use the word "afraid" once. Listen again. He says "we are powerful beyond measure". Not sure why or how you are getting the additional words you quoted.

  • @smoothdeep he says that we fear that we are powerful beyond measure, same thing

  • Comment removed

  • Explain what "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure" means, I dont get it? It sounds like a bunch of crap to me like someones trying to sound smart lol. Is there symbolism Im missing?

Im not afraid that Im too powerful, lol are you people really afraid that you are too powerful? Are people really scared of something? Doesnt make any sense... (someone enlighten me please)

Im guessing this is just supposed to inspire people lol

  • Great and always inspiration in tough time ... Thank You

  • give me ten good reasons why people dislike this video.

  • Comment removed

  • derrick rose wit an afro lol

  • This whole film is just beyond amazing. This part of the film is so inspirational just like the rest of the film but shit. If this part doesn't bring a tear to your eye then you need help

  • @mytacostand don't be that way brother, remember, people respect and admire those who go through trials and tribulations in the pursuit of success. You can do it, trust

  • I'm not scared anymore because I'm a GOD creation

  • Samuel L mothafuking Jackson!

  • ---- motivated!

  • al pacino is a BOSS

  • @krissaric5678 yes al pacino is a boss, but why the hell did you comment that on this video?

  • My deepest fear... Being alone

  • My deepest fear is the future =/

  • @InfuserGod So seize the day :)

  • @InfuserGod then put in the blood and tears to own it. it is yours after all, isnt it?

  • @1:08 its Kobe.

  • Beautiful.. It Just Saved My Life.

  • ill be back gonna go wrestle a tiger shark

  • be back in a second...goin out to fight a bear!!!

  • quote by MARIANNE WILLIAMSON

  • this is amazing.

  • My deepest fear is fear itself.

  • This is my favorite quote

  • "so it took you some time to come up with that shit"?

  • disliked :)

  • @ak47popper is that supposed to be funny....?

  • @icecubefan21 whatever you want it to be

  • My response to this speech: cool story bro ;)

  • @jordanthemonkey8 My response to you: Cool story bro :/

  • Brilliant speech...but I am still in love with judas!

  • The like button is bigger than the dislike button for a reason...

39 people don't know their deepest fear.

  • I kind of want to watch this movie now.

  • my deepest is not being inadeqaute but that i can't protect my family i feel like my sisters look up to me look for guidance when times are hard i fear not being there for them because im too caught up in my own life to care for them

  • @woggzybear chin up, its easy to take the ones u love for granet there always there. anytime you feel your sister is trying to come to u for guidance or advice just be aware shes reaching out for u. try and do whatever u can to give her your heartfelt advice even if its an inconvenience for u...wish u well god bless!!

  • @woggzybear

you realize that you just described feeling inadequate perfectly right?

  • those 39 dislikes are absolute douches

  • @codinthexbox and now two of the douches had a douche kid, bringing it up to 40. Damn douches.

  • @codinthexbox now its those 42 dislikes!!

  • @codinthexbox those now 42 dislike's have not shown

  • Agree completely. There is no substitute for responsible and accountable parenting and its irksome to see parents outsourcing their role to schools, BET, neighbours, playstation or other alibis for being present. My parents both worked [sometimes two jobs] and still made sure my homework was done and met with my teachers at least twice a month exlcuding parents evenings . Does helps though when schools support positive parents instead of allowing children to run circles around them.Give thanks

  • my deepest fear is that i will work and try as hard as i can to be the best as i can .... and i will fall short again... like i have been doing my whole life

  • @Ryan4eva09 =(

  • He sounded like Shihan from def poetry jam

  • \m/

  • Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are

  • my deepest fear is that im not more than my past and my family that as i go foward in life my past will follow me i learned from those mistakes but im afraid off what others think of me when i say them i want to find peace inside myself i just wish someone could show me how

  • chokes me up every single time...wish there were more teachers like this especially in State run schools. Our children need inspiration and the courage to believe...darn...so do we

  • @MegaDiva1999

I understand what you mean, but more than that it has to start at home. Teachers can be a huge influence on a child, but if their parents aren't their role model or someone they look up to I think its very damaging.

I get sick seeing parents who don't put their children 1st and expect someone else to do their job, like a teacher. If someones worthless Facebook page or Warcraft is a top priority in life, please don't have kids until YOU are ready to raise them.

  • @Juggernaut76 Agreed no DOUBT. It ALWAYS starts and ends at home. Without the foundation of family, values, respect and esteem for self and others , nothing else can stand. Also tired of people outsourcing their parenting functions to schools, TV, play station, the neighbours, BET or anything else that takes the edge off being responsible and accountable parents. It does help though when the schools also get with the programme and support the parents that ARE present and counted . THanks

  • Coach Carter <3 best movie ever

  • Spiders.

  • i feel empowered..........

  • @Denarius4life1 spongebob :P

  • my deepest fear is following the right path but having obstacles along the way to prevent me from doing that

  • my fear is cockroaches

  • fun fact: he's quoting Nelson Mandela.

I find it unbelievable that this movie gets credit for .his beautiful speech. The reason its powerful and moving is because he's being educated and has read the quote and been inspired by Mandela's words.

  • @overhillst

funner fact: he's quoting from marianne williamson, NOT nelson mandela

this film does get a lot of credit, but it sucks even more when the secondary credit goes to mandela, not marianne williamson

  • @overhillst um this is not nelson mandela's. it's originally written by marianne williamson.

  • @MelissaIsabella thats right

  • My deepest fear is that I will never reach my full potential because i am unmotivated, I expect a high reward, yet I put in as little effort as possible.

  • sniff ...no bromo

  • ahhh! its rick gonzalez! i luv him soo much!!!!!!

  • my deepest fear is that I can do everything I set my mind to but i'm scared if I put myself out there and fail it would be worse then not putting myself out there at all

  • My fear is my biggest motivator because I've been given my life back. I add value to people's lives as much as I can because what I'm fearful of is looking back at the end of my life and saying "I could have been more, I could have done more."

  • My deepest fear is failure. I am told that I am a smart, nice, loving guy, but I am afraid of not living up to those expectations. I do try because I do not want to fail, but by not trying I automatically fail. I have been struggling with this for years...

  • What he said is really inspirational! We all have fears but if we conquer them, we become empowered and free to chase our dreams. Love this movie!

  • My deepest fear is that I will not find the other half of me. In greek mythology it is said that humans had four legs, four hands and two faces, but than zeus splitted them in half, forced to go through their lives searching for the other half to complete them. I am afraid I'd make the wrong choice in who I choose to profess my emotions to

  • My deepest fear is living until the age of 100 just to realize that I really didn't live at all.

  • @beccac21 That is pretty deep. When I read that I reflected on that statement for about 10 minutes. Thanks for that.

  • @glong86 what was said?

  • @glong86 Glad you appreciate the meaning of it :)

  • This is the best movie ever. I have watch it so many timesss its the best.....Great Movie.... From da heart..

  • I watch this everyday it makes me think about what Cruz said and trying to figure out those sentences one by one. Coach Carter and Freedom Writers are a story that needed more attention to the public.

  • My deepset fear is flying with these muthafuckin snakes on this muthafuckin plane!

  • @CMLaneLV LOOOOOLL

  • @CMLaneLV i hate you so much lmaoooo fuuuckkk youuuu for making me laugh during this inspiring video!

  • @CMLaneLV lol, hahahaha

  • @CMLaneLV This is Awesome Comment............. Can't Hold my Laugh............. Amazing the Scenario is is so Serious and this guy are Just?? Say again wats U r Deepest Fear??

  • My deepest fear is going nowhere in life, and failing my parents expectations. I just want to make a difference in this world..

  • My deepest fear is being seen as weak and vulnerable. I let others progress and take risks while I sit comfortably and spectate. I am so terrified by what others think I hold myself back to take opportunities. I stop myself taking chances which might make me appear fooloish. From now on... I will be the one who lives real, not the one who is just another person in the world, and if I am mocked then so be it. Succes comes to those who try. I can do better. I can try harder. I will be my best.

  • @elliotdoak1 I'm not entirely sure about Lady Gaga, but I really like what she says in this interview, especially in the second half. Check it out, it may help with your feeling more comfortable with who you are:

    "Lady Gaga Talks Madonna"

You cannot ever please everyone, and the moment you stop trying and just live happily, you'll inspire everyone around you. And that IS a great gift to the world... just be your happy self and "infect" everyone with your happiness... ;-)

  • My deepest fear is not the idea of failure. My deepest fear is the person I can become with hard work, love, and willingness. It is easy to give up, or stay the same. But it is hard to rise and progress. As humans, we are capable of greatness, but we fear the journey because it has many obstacles. It is our realization that every man is capable of overcoming those obstacles and achieving greatness that will make us confident in embarking that journey.

  • @biscuitsbiggestfan Yes I have read the entire poem. It gives the same message with or without god. I personally think it sounds better without him. It recognizes the power of man to realize his own potential. It is alright to believe in a god. We all had imaginary friends, I just grew out of mine.

  • @biscuitsbiggestfan Because God doesn't have to be in everything. People do think that you have to have a religion to have morals or to have ethics or inspirations. This is definitely not the case.

  • On my graduation day I will say this speech in front of my class and then bring my life changing teacher ad say "sir I just want to say thank you, you changed my life" wish me luck I hope this goes well.

  • @icecubefan21 gay. think of something original.

  • @SmokeyBear363 you give me something original to say then, i think thats pretty fuckin good. actually, i know its pretty fuckin good

  • My deepest fear is that I will die without reason.

  • My deepest fear is not getting better at ball(basketball) . working as hard as i do and ending up with nothing.. yea that shit scares me.

  • i love this gl, she is so pretty that the whole school speaks 2 her, she is new and doesnt speak slang, i once went up 2 her and spoke 2 her with her friend, i was shacking and she knows that, they both wer gigling, every one called me a begfriend even though i was speakin 2 her on facebook before, since then, i didnt know what 2 do, i m the shiest personn the school, i got threatened for fighting back, she is 1 year older than me, but m not confident, i dont no wat 2 say 2 her, PLEASE HELP ME!

  • @m9u7shuriken You have to become her friend first. Get to know eachother. Get to know what type of guys she likes. You want to be her first choice not her second choice so let her know you care and maybe she will gravitate to you. You also have to trust yourself and believe that you deserve her. Theres no point in wanting something bad if you never believed you could get it. Spend time with her and be real and if she ends up having feelings for you then great. If not, life goes on, move forward.

  • @m9u7shuriken grow confidence learn how to speak with it. also get a better vocabulary learn how to speak and spell proper. Do not count on the public education system teach you pursue knowledge no matter the cost. You develop this knowledge and confidence the world will be yours. Ok so you don't want the world you just want the girl. Well think what would you do to get that girl what would you do for her. listen o the f***ing video liberate yourself from you fear where the hell do you think

  • @m9u7shuriken confidence comes from take what you want but in regards to other people if they don't want you let them go find someone who does. dig deep grow a pair of big brass ones, you know if she shoots you down there is someone out their for you. believe me. Don't play small burn your light brightly like the video says. Just don't burn so brightly you burn out,

  • what movie is this?

  • @legandary911 Coach Carter, as it says in the description.

  • My deepest fear is not doing anything beneficial in life. I want to help people and animals in any way or form, I want to do something that I enjoy, I don't care about the money. What if I don't find my calling? I don't want to be another fish in the sea. I want to be a presence in this world, yet I don't even know where to start....

  • @Cudders93 You start by recognizing you want a change and then take steps, no matter how small, to fullfill it...

  • @Cudders93 A smile my friend :)

  • @Cudders93 Get a good transformational life coach. Look into Ericksonian coaching, for example.

  • @Cudders93 I know how that feels. You'll find it though and you'll know it when you do. When you do find it, follow it until you die and let no one tell you that you can't do it.

  • @Cudders93 Start by giving a smile to someone who seems down. Start by holding a door open for the person behind you. You seem to know your calling right in your post. You said "I want to help people and animals" Start there. Find a need and fill it. In a world that is hurting for kindness and love. You have the choice to start today in small and simple ways. A lifetime of kindness is something money can't buy. It can only be obtained by your will and actions.

  • @Cudders93 same here! I feel that God has called me to do something to change this world. But I discovered that I can't change our world. So I am changing peoples perspective of life and help them regconzie what they want in life, not out of life.

  • @Cudders93 you're not the only one who feels that way dw

  • @Cudders93 Just start... when its right, you'll feel it. you'll know! the key is to try

  • @Cudders93

In order to "find out" what your calling is, try to calm down. It is waiting for you... To hear it, you need silence within you. Doubt is good, but too much doubt creates noise inside us.

How can we hear the whisper of our inner calling, unless we are still? So, start by doing something beneficial for yourself, and in due time, you will do that for others. Be a presence to yourself...Be what you are, and start exactly where you are.

    Be well !

  • @MrMagicdiver1

Thanks for the advice, and everyone else who responded. I'll just try to spread positiveness for the time being. There are already too many people in the world who act like cunts, we should spread kindness and help those in need. Give money to the poor, after all, we'll probably end up wasting it on something we don't need. I'm still young, 18 years old and I believe my calling is criminal justice and an activist for the voiceless.

  • my Deepest Fear Are Rats !
